COURSE 2 – Personal Coaching Course

This is delivered individually. The course is designed to focus, motivate and support you in achieving a productive action plan.

Aim

By highlighting your strengths the programme will allow you to make successful choices and decisions with ease. It will also allow you to be aware of any mind sets and restricting beliefs that may be inhibiting your progress.

How you will benefit

Rather than reading a motivational book that we’ll inspire you for a week (If you get to the end) or passively listening to a motivational speaker for 2 hours and expecting to change your life this course will be proactive enabling you to achieve sustainable results.

4 2-hour sessions (with optional further sessions)

  • The purpose and philosophy of coaching
  • The powerful GROW model will be used through out the sessions to help you achieve your objectives.
  • Learning the SMART model, which provides a personal process for you to accomplish goals and make them attainable.
  • Move from frustration to positive confidence
  • Conquer limiting beliefs – tackle the beliefs that are preventing you from developing
  • Use vision to transform yourself – proven visualisation techniques that contribute to success strategies
  • Behavioural change techniques - looking at your communication blocks.
  • Goal Management – learn why goals are essential and a way you can achieve them.
  • Individual action plan
