After an interesting childhood stint in India, my family settled on the sunny south coast of England. I moved to London for University in 1997, and instantly began a fascinating journey of research into Learning and Development. On leaving University, I took an administrative role in a corporate Leadership Training and Development company. I stayed with the company for several years, gently working my way up to a facilitation role, while learning a wide range of training tools and working closely with several blue chip organisations. I gained a solid foundation and sharp insight in to the qualities needed for a long-term successful company. The biggest eye opener is that ‘people’ are everything. People energise a company. People focus a company. People get results for a company. However, sometimes, an organisation lacks the right understanding of how to develop and train their people. So, combining the work I did in my early career, with numerous training and coaching qualifications, I set up ielevate training in 2006. I train and coach graduates through to leaders, helping them beat nervousness, grow presence and speak with impact. My courses cover all areas of development and my objective is to leave people feeling energised, engaged and totally focused on the task.
