Autumn has been full of interesting programmes and people, exploring different learning styles and personalities. Identifying a learning style helps people to understand how to get the best out of their work. Most people want to do the best that they can but sometimes feel blocked. One team that we worked with recently was riddled with conflict, consequently delaying deadlines and causing frustration amongst employees. We are all human and it’s easy for this to happen. We explored the different learning styles and discovered that they were all coming from opposite ends of the spectrum. This is actually a huge strength for a team; different learning styles. If we gain the awareness of how we learn and understand other peoples approach, we’ll have a stronger chance of getting results.
