While being in the world of training and development Lindsay felt that there weren’t enough practical courses aimed at people wanting to get to the next level so she began to blend her knowledge and experience to create a practical method. The training is not about taking notes and sitting through a power point presentation.

It’s about doing something differently in order to get successful results. Lindsay believes there is a miss-perception that some people are born with charisma.  The ielevate training course teaches people how to reveal their own charisma and authority in order to get what they want, freely communicate and create the life they want.
