The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) recently launched research called “Beyond the Bonus: driving employee performance”. They asked employees what motivated them most to enable managers and organisations in the UK to understand what they can do to help businesses succeed.
The findings showed that the top motivators for employees include job enjoyment, basic and the quality of their relationships with colleagues and teams. However, although two thirds of employees had an appraisal system at work, a quarter felt that appraisals were carried out ineffectively by their manager. This is where we can help!
